Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 17, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Admovi Group LLC ("Admovi," "PilotDTC," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects information in connection with the PilotDTC platform (the "Service"). Please review this policy carefully. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to the practices described here.

PilotDTC is a business operations platform used by direct-to-consumer brand teams and the operators who support them. It is not a consumer storefront, and this policy is written with that distinction in mind: most of the information the Service processes is business data belonging to the brands that use it, along with account information for the individual people who log in and use the Service on those brands' behalf.

1. Scope

This policy applies to the PilotDTC web application and any associated services we operate. It does not apply to the websites, apps, or services of the brands that use PilotDTC, or to the third-party platforms PilotDTC connects to (for example, a brand's Shopify storefront, Amazon Seller Central account, or advertising accounts) — those are each governed by their own privacy terms.

2. Information We Collect

Account & User Data

When you create a PilotDTC account, we collect information such as your name, email address, organization, and role. We also retain records of how you use the Service — pages viewed, actions taken, and login activity — to operate and secure the platform.

Connected Platform Data

PilotDTC's core function is connecting to third-party platforms that a brand already uses, at that brand's direction, via API credentials the brand authorizes. Depending on which integrations a brand enables, this may include:

Some of this data may include personal information about a brand's own customers (for example, a customer's name, email address, order history, or a support ticket they submitted). Where that is the case, PilotDTC processes that information on behalf of, and under the direction of, the brand that connected the integration — the brand remains responsible for the personal information of its own customers, and PilotDTC acts as a service provider processing that data to deliver the Service.

Technical Data

We automatically collect certain technical information when you use the Service, including IP address, browser and device type, and timestamps of activity, for security, diagnostics, and service-reliability purposes.

AI Processing

Certain PilotDTC features use third-party AI providers (including Anthropic, Google, and other model providers) to generate or analyze content on a brand's behalf — for example, drafting marketing copy, analyzing performance data, or generating creative assets. Data sent to these providers is limited to what is needed to perform the requested task and is subject to those providers' own data-handling terms.

3. How We Use Information

We use the information described above to:

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use a brand's connected platform data to serve advertising.

4. How We Share Information

We share information only as necessary to operate the Service:

5. Data Retention

We retain account and connected-platform data for as long as an account remains active and for a reasonable period afterward to support account recovery, legal, and audit requirements. A brand may request deletion of its data at any time, subject to legal retention obligations.

6. Your Rights & Choices

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, or to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us using the information in Section 9. If you are the customer of a brand that uses PilotDTC (rather than a PilotDTC account holder yourself), please direct data requests to that brand directly, as they control that data.

California Residents

California residents may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information is collected and to request its deletion. We do not sell personal information as defined under the CCPA.

European Residents

If you are located in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom, you may have rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), including access, rectification, erasure, and data portability. Contact us using the information in Section 9 to exercise these rights.

7. Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
