Terms of Use
Last updated: August 17, 2026
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to and use of the PilotDTC platform (the "Service"), operated by Admovi Group LLC ("Admovi," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
The Service is intended for business use by authorized personnel of brands and organizations that have been granted access by Admovi. You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to act on behalf of the organization you represent to use the Service.
2. Ownership of the Service
The Service, including its software, design, text, graphics, and underlying technology, is owned by Admovi and protected by intellectual property laws. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service solely for your organization's internal business purposes.
3. Trademarks
"PilotDTC," "Admovi," and associated logos are trademarks of Admovi. You may not use these marks without our prior written consent.
4. Client Data
Data that a brand connects to or uploads into the Service — including sales, advertising, customer, and product data ("Client Data") — remains the property of that brand. You grant Admovi a limited license to access, process, and display Client Data solely to provide and improve the Service. We do not claim ownership of Client Data, and we do not use Client Data to train AI models for the benefit of other clients without separate written consent.
5. Third-Party Integrations & Content
The Service connects to and displays data from third-party platforms (for example, sales channels, advertising platforms, and marketing tools) that you choose to authorize. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of those third-party platforms, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
- Access data or accounts you are not authorized to access
- Introduce malware, or attempt to disrupt or overburden the Service's infrastructure
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the Service's source code, except as permitted by law
- Use the Service to build a competing product
- Misrepresent your identity or authority to act on behalf of an organization
7. AI-Assisted Features
Certain features use artificial intelligence to draft content, analyze data, or generate recommendations. AI output may contain errors or inaccuracies. The Service is designed so that AI-assisted actions affecting a brand's live channels require human review and approval before publication; you are responsible for reviewing AI-generated output before relying on or publishing it.
8. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT DATA FROM CONNECTED THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS WILL ALWAYS BE ACCURATE OR CURRENT.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ADMOVI WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, OR DATA, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Admovi harmless from claims, damages, and expenses arising from your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.
11. Changes to the Service & Terms
We may modify or discontinue features of the Service, and may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis, except where prohibited by law or for claims eligible for small-claims court or injunctive relief.
13. Class Action Waiver
To the extent permitted by law, disputes must be brought on an individual basis, and you waive any right to participate in a class, consolidated, or representative action.
